The new year permits us to ask the self-compassion question: What do I need in this season of my life? In other words, is there anything you want to do differently, or to cultivate?
What would you like to let go of?. What do you need to focus on? What’s Important Now (WIN)?.
Setting an intention is making a decision about how you want to be and how you choose to show up.
How do you want to show up this year, not what do you want to accomplish, but how do you want to move, respond and walk through 2026?. With patience and kindness, transformations do not have a deadline.
Take a breath in and as you exhale, imagine releasing the pressure to get all right. You don´t have to. Be curious about how you walk through 2026.
Set a daily intention, one small steady choice each day that shapes the year as it unfolds. Return to yourself daily to choose presence over performance.
Allow yourself to settle into the power of a pause. Allow yourself to move slowly. Intentionally. Wisely.
Choose one word or feeling that you want to carry into the year. I hope you move in a way that is rooted, clear and open to what is possible.
