Connect to Inner you

In my passion and addiction for self coaching and personal development, I read books and blogs, listen to podcasts or take online courses.

The authors and bloggers usually interview other colleagues and share ideas with them.

I have recently read a post where  compiled positive life advice from 12 experts.

The question was:

What is one positive change you have made in your life that´s had the biggest impact?

The past week my job drained my energy -physically and mentally-. On Friday I was in bed at 10 pm.

I needed a quick recovery on Saturday and after 9 hours of sleep, I restarted my sacred Saturday morning routine.

I had a good breakfast, read some pages of my bucket list books, write in my 5 minutes journal and I did mindfulness with smiling mind app and the program Calm-Everyday Mindfulness -Gratitude and Joy session- 5 minutes. That session focused on inner you.

That is the key, connect with inner you and find a sense of purpose

After that, I felt energized and was able to go out with a smile in my mind.
I took my bike  and went for a ride bike.
