Gratitude and luck

I have been told recently several times you were lucky.
Ever Since my favourite quote is luck is not real. Understanding luck as by chance and unexpected outcome.

Popular saying states luck is when the preparation meets opportunity. There is no luck if you don´t take actions, face fears and move forward.

There is no luck if you will not take bold and risk decisions. Luck is not coming to your door. You need to create the conditions. U

However, I would say I am grateful for all opportunities I have had, I am grateful for the moments of discernment. I am grateful for all choices and decisions.

Practice gratitude every day for the little, big things and those that they have been given for granted, it is one of the best practices to keep the happiness and the optimism.

Write down on your daily journal every day three things you are grateful.

  1. That might seem like a strange question to ask a high performing athlete, but the emotion of gratitude can help take your performance to the next level. Research has linked the emotion of gratitude to better overall physical and mental health, sounder sleep, less anxiety and depression. Athletes are more satisfied with their teams, less likely to burn out and enjoy better well-being overall.
