New ways

One key to increasing our levels of wellbeing and happiness is to keep doing something new. Have you been doing something new recently?

Another key is practice exercise. It is recommended to do at least 30 minutes of exercise per day. I strongly recommended it.

When I started doing Bodybalance back in April I was not aware what was a combination of simples moves of Yoga with movements of pilates and Taichi.

I have joined to four classes of Yoga via Zoom for now and I love it.

Practising yoga o similar help us to reconnect mind and body. It is an excellent complementary exercise for our daily workout and mindfulness meditation.

Remember, Consistency is the master key.
