How do you feel? I have stress Why? because I am not in my comfort zone. I fear the unknown.

Back to the definition of the Stress response:

The fight-or-flight response or stress response is serious of reactions to design to help to survive. When you feel a threat you hear beat quickness, the digest system close is down, your breathing speed up, your pupils are dilated all of which can save your life. The only problem is, how often do you make real threats. Most of the alarm we face these days we create in our mind. To make thing worst, all human brains have inbuilt negative bias. This is the way of the mind remember negative events instead of positive ones. This negative bias like stress response evolves to help keep save of danger. This is great for our survival but is not great for our stress levels.
