My previous post is not the whole truth. Obviously I have objectives. I am passionate about personal development. I started eleven years ago being aware of.
Some people donÂ´t believe in personal growth, life coaching, goals, positive mindset…Even there are books against the “industry of happiness”.
I have decided that 2020 will be the year of the mind. It is the time of mental fitness.
As I work out 3-4 times per week to exercise the muscles of my body I want to exercise the muscles of my mind -clarity, concentration, equanimity and
It is time to train the mind, control the thoughts and be aware of my beliefs.
I want to take more time to listen and give myself space, space for my mind to breathe.
Then I am keen to increase my daily meditation time up at least 30 minutes per day.
Live mindfully is embrace the new day as a new beginning and be grateful every night.
Just this week came to me the book As Man Thinknet and I am going to read it. Good timing to reinforce the knowledge about how our mind works.
Live mindfully is not about finding answers it is about asking the right questions rather than ask yourself every month:
- How do I want to feel during this month?
- Where do I want to be at the end of the month?
- What would do make this month satisfying?
And the end of the month reflect:
- What I am struggling?
- What is gone well?
- What I am celebrating
