This weekend I have been caught myself with excuses. Excuses are self-sabotage thoughts.
Our primitive brain is wired for surviving and the excuses donÂ´t allow move forward.
During last week I used several guided meditations base in affirmations.
Affirmations are simply a statement that direct our focus. They can help you to create new beliefs and change thought patterns avoiding self-sabotaging.
Affirmations act in our subconscious mind and re-wire your mind when we add and recite them in your daily routine
Remember what we focus on becomes our reality.
