January is a month plenty of resolutions but the resolutions don´t have fix day in the calendar to start.
I wish you consistency for what you want to achieve. I want you to get rid of excuses.
For this coming 2021, I wish you Meditation + Exercise + Inspiration. That is a great formula to accomplish any goal or a goal itself.
I know you are busy, you don´t have 30 min – 1 hour for you because you have a full-time job, you have family, you have many to-do lists…

- Meditation: At least 10 minutes of mindfulness meditation.
- Exercise: At least 30 minutes four days per week and ideally 30 minutes per day minimum
- Inspiration: Quotes, articles, books, spark podcasts, journaling, freewriting, learn new things
