The past week I attended a Meditation workshop – It was the inspirational moment of the day – and I learn about the app insighttimer. It is fantastic, thousands of free meditations, talks in live, meditation in live, yoga classes online and much more. I am excited about the new app. In 8 days I spent 250 min of guided meditations with 11 teachers.

Shauna Shapiro offers in this book 20 years of science and practice about mindfulness. The book is plenty of practical exercises.
